Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GoIndexed (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit goindexed.com, use our application at app.goindexed.com, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Service”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to visitors of our marketing site, registered users of the GoIndexed dashboard, and anyone who contacts us about the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to share information with us for that purpose.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of data:
- Account and profile. For example, identifiers you provide when you sign in (such as your email address or profile details from your identity provider, like Google), and basic account metadata needed to operate your workspace.
- Search Console and Google data. When you connect Google Search Console, we access data through Google’s APIs according to the permissions you grant. That can include property identifiers, URLs, coverage and inspection results, sitemap references, and related technical data needed to display features you use.
- Usage and diagnostics. Product interactions, approximate device and browser information, timestamps, and error logs that help us maintain reliability and security.
- Billing. If you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor receives and processes payment-related information. We typically receive limited billing metadata (for example, subscription status) rather than full card numbers.
- Communications. Content you send when you contact support or correspond with us.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Communicate with you about the Service, security, or policy updates;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions;
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regions)
Where applicable privacy law requires a “legal basis,” we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests (for example, securing the Service, understanding aggregate usage, and direct communication about the product), balanced against your rights; consent where we ask for it (you may withdraw consent where processing is optional); and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the Service, including with:
- Infrastructure and tooling providers that host or support the Service under confidentiality and security obligations;
- Google when you authorize access to Search Console data through Google’s services;
- Payment processors (such as Paddle) to complete transactions you initiate;
- Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.
Third parties process data under their own policies where they act as independent controllers (for example, Google). Where they process data on our behalf, we seek appropriate contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal requirements. Technical logs may be kept for shorter operational periods. Search Console–related data is generally retained while your connection is active and deleted or disconnected according to product behavior and your controls, subject to backup and legal retention needs.
7. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and safe handling of credentials.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect functionality.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email contact@beyond-development.ro or use the contact options in Section 13. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
10. International transfers
We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses approved in your region) for transfers of personal data.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, email contact@beyond-development.ro and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where changes are material and the law requires notice, we will provide notice as appropriate.
13. Contact
For privacy-related requests or questions, email us at contact@beyond-development.ro. You can also use the support or contact options in the Service or visit goindexed.com.
