Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid GoIndexed subscriptions purchased through our checkout. It supplements our Terms of Service. Free plans are not charged; this policy does not apply where no payment was made.

1. Who processes your payment

Paid subscriptions may be sold and billed by our payment partner (for example, Paddle), which can act as the merchant of record. In those cases, Paddle (or the identified seller) processes charges and may handle certain refund mechanics under its buyer terms. This policy describes how we approach refund requests for GoIndexed subscriptions in addition to any checkout disclosures you accepted at purchase.

2. Canceling your subscription

You can cancel a paid subscription from your GoIndexed dashboard (or the cancellation flow linked from your account or receipt), so it does not renew at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund fees already paid for the current period.

3. All purchases are non-refundable

All transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where mandatory statutory withdrawal rights apply as described in section 4 below.

To exercise a statutory right to a refund, email contact@beyond-development.ro or use the support or billing link in your receipt within the applicable window below. Include your account email and order identifier. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Statutory withdrawal rights

Mandatory local laws give certain consumers a right to withdraw from a digital content purchase. These rights apply only to your first subscription payment, not renewals. The refund window depends on your country of residence:

  • EU / EEA / Switzerland / UK: 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Turkey / Israel: 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • South Korea / Brazil / Canada / China: 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Singapore: 5 days from the date of first access.

These statutory rights are explained at checkout and in any notices we are required to provide. They take precedence over the rest of this policy.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access while the dispute is reviewed. Please email contact@beyond-development.ro first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we post revisions. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase, except where a new version is required by law or expressly applies to ongoing subscriptions.
